More than a third want to work fromhome.One in five City staffare “permanently stressed”, and over half feel the strain at leastonce a day. A quarter said morepay would reduce stress but only 4 per cent said fewer hours would help. “There is astrong perception among employees that stress can be reduced simply throughemployers being more aware of work-life balance issues,” said DavidTwiddle, managing director of the CitiPeople Group.The online surveyincluded 850 workers based in London, New York and Sydney.
